Better Odds Lottery is operated by genU (ABN: 74 614 366 031) to raise funds for the delivery of genU’s services including disability support, senior services, allied health, employment social enterprises and training.

Assuming all tickets are sold; 1 ticket has a 1 in 14,600 chance of winning the Grand Prize.

The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket:
• genU Board members and their family members residing at the same address,
• Executive Managers and their family members residing at the same address,
• ticket fulfilment staff including employees associated with the lottery and their family members residing at the same address.
• People below 18 years of age.

Ticket purchasers cannot purchase a ticket under another name, or for a minor. There is no limit on how many tickets a participant may purchase.

genU Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse a purchase from anyone not acting in genU’s best interest, without notice or explanation.
A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket online, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as advertised. All prize winners will be notified in writing and by phone. Where genU is unable to contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state legislation will be followed.
The total retail value of the prize pool is $145,000.

The maximum number of tickets in the draw is 14,600. All tickets are $25.
Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. In accordance with Australian consumer law, genU is not obligated to provide a refund for any ‘change of heart’ decisions related to the purchase of a ticket.
The draw results and records held by genU shall be deemed correct and final. genU accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. All information contained in entries is the property of genU.
Overseas non-Australian citizens or residents must check in their own country that there are no restrictions on them purchasing a ticket in the draw.

SUPER EARLY BIRD PRIZE:
The Super Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept the Ultimate Traeger BBQ package with a Meat Smoking Class included or $5,000 cash.
If the Super Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Traeger BBQ package with a Meat Smoking Class, prize arrangements will commence immediately.
If the Super Early Bird winner chooses to take the $5,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by a genU representative.
If the Super Early Bird winner(s) reside in Victoria or Queensland, they will have the option of selecting either a Traeger BBQ package with a Meat Smoking Class valued at $5,000 or $5,000 in gold.
The Super Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Early Bird Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:
The Early Bird Prize winner will receive 2 VIP Platinum tickets to see Luke Combs in Edinburgh including flights and accommodation valued at $20,000. There is no cash alternative for the Early Bird Prize.
Prize arrangements with the supplier will commence immediately. The holiday prize does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other ancillary costs unless expressly stated. The holiday must be booked within three (3) months of the draw date.
The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:
The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept a Global Luxury Car Experience for 2 including flights and accommodation (valued at $120,000), an Audi Q5 Sportback Quattro Sport (valued at $120,000), or $120,000 in cash.
If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Global Luxury Car Experience for 2 including flights and accommodation, arrangements between the prize supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.
If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Audi Q5 Sportback Quattro Sport, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle may take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. This prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. The vehicle will be available for collection at an authorized dealership located in a major city within the Grand Prize winner’s state.
If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $120,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by a genU representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight AWST, Wednesday, 22 April 2026 are eligible for the Super Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Super Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize.

EARLY BIRD DRAW: Friday, 29 May 2026
Only tickets purchased before midnight AWST, Wednesday, 27 May 2026 are eligible for the Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 26 June 2026
All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight AWST, Wednesday, 24 June 2026 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.
Draws are conducted electronically. All winners will be published on betteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.
