The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ and genU Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfilment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserve the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $147,000.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw 14,500. All tickets $25.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

SUPER EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Super Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept a luxury getaway for two to The Kimberley’s, with flights and accommodation or $7,000 cash.

If the Super Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the luxury getaway for two to the Kimberley’s with flights and accommodation, arrangements between the prize supplier and the Super Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Super Early Bird winner chooses to take the $7,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ (a genU company) representative.

The Super Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Early Bird Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept a Premium Swiss Alps Rail Winter Wonderland Tour for two, with flights and accommodation or $20,000 cash.

If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Premium Swiss Alps Rail Winter Wonderland Tour for two with flights and accommodation, arrangements between the prize supplier and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Early Bird winner chooses to take the $20,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ (a genU company) representative.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept a Luxury Maldives Private Island Getaway for two with business class flights and accommodation, a BMW X4 Drive 30i or $120,000 in cash.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Luxury Maldives Private Island Getaway for two, arrangements between the prize supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the BMW X4 Drive30i, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle may take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. This prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. The vehicle will be available for collection at an authorized dealership located in a major city within the Grand Prize winner’s state.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $120,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ (a genU company) representative.

SUPER EARLY BIRD DRAW: Friday, 25 July 2025

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 23 July 2025 are eligible for the Super Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Super Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize. The Super Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Early Bird and Grand Prizes.

EARLY BIRD DRAW: Friday, 29 August 2025

Only tickets purchased before midnight AWST, Wednesday, 27 August 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.  Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 26 September 2025

All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight AWST, Wednesday, 24 September 2025 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Draws are conducted electronically. All winners will be published on betteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.

Activ Club Weekly Prize Draws

The Activ Club Weekly Prize is a separate weekly draw that consists only of Activ Club Members with a valid monthly membership at the time of the draw.

Activ Club members in our monthly debit program will be in the draw to win $1,000 in cash in our weekly draws.
